Nancy DuPont Owner and Manager owned and managed Castle Rock Arabians since 1971 Nancy started assisting camp in 1971 at the Concord-Mt. Diablo Trail Ride Association located on the Clayton side of Mt. DiabloCamp for Juniors (125 children and their own horses) before instituting a Junior Program at Castle Rock Arabians.
Then at her own ranch, she started an overnight horse camp, teaching young people to ride. She then formed a partnership with the East Bay Regional Park District to expand the operation which is presently a day camp with selected overnight camps for advanced riders. She has owned an Arabian horse breeding and training center for over 30 years. Horses she has bred were trained and shown by Lacey's Arabians and are used in summer camp.
Nancy has had a lifetime involvement with horses, including dressage, western pleasure, competitive trail and for 25 years conducted group rides in 22 wilderness areas, teaching wilderness ethics and how to camp with your horse.
 Heidi Koch with Norbert and Camper Heidi holds a European certificate as a Therapeutic Riding Instructor and teaches here at Castle Rock Camp as well as a a Therapeutic Riding Academy in Contra Costa County. She loves children and it is evident that they love her and respond well to her instruction. Heidi is the mother of two teenage girls who are champion riders in English and Western Reining disciplines.
 Christine Warthan CHA certified Level 2 Instructor. Christine has been with Castle Rock for 4 years teaches our Tiny Riders (ages 4 to 7) at our one week camps and She has worked with the Adventure Day Camp kids that come daily for their horse experience.

 Leigha Perry Trainer and Instructor. CHA certified, She has won the U.S. National Championship in English Show Hack and English Pleasure. She has also brought several Juniors to Top Ten at the Nationals.
Leigha started riding at Castle Rock Arabians at the age of 8 years old and began her career at CRA training under then trainer, Rob Bick at 18 years old. She went on to work for several of the top Arabian Show barns including Lacey's Arabians, Rich Doran Show Stables, Rob Bick training center and Sabankaya Arabians. After taking a hiatus of 10 years to raise her two wonderful boys, she has returned to her roots at Castle Rock as head trainer and Show Team coach. She is presently coaching our Junior Show Team at the Arabian Horse Regional Champion Show and during July and Aug. 2010 will be at the U.S. and Canadian Nationals. Sarah Kahn, Instructor, CHA certified Level 2. Sarah teaches advanced riders at our summer camp. She attends St. Mary's College and teaches after school and weekends during the year.

| Hannah Petrek. Hannah is a 17 year old student who has proven her ability in eventing. She studies under a prominent trainer in the San Ramon area. Hannah works for Castle Rock Arabians every Saturday and we all love her cheerful attitude and effective teaching skills. Her instruction is clear and accurate.
 Sarah Clothier, European certification Level 4, English, Dressage and Child protection. Serving as a volunteer coach.
